Well , today i realize that not all bad thing are bad! I must learn to look at the bright side! People always said that , but do they really think this ways? No!
Every bad thing that happen to you , bring some good things! This is how i make myself happy whenever bad things happened! I maybe naive but doesn't this make you felt better:)
For example , people who look down on me and said something that's awful! I felt hurt BUT at the same time i bear this in mind! Maybe i will improve and someday i will be successful! Or another example , 3 tests after holiday , I can alert myself to really start brushing up and start studying for the upcoming exam at September. It's depend how you analysis the matters!
Furthermore , i realize something too! Take one step at a time! Don't rush yourself to do something at one shot! You are making yourself stress as while! Now i was kinda of panic and afraid. I had THREE tests and i have to deal with my o level! I have to maintain my grade in the course and score well for English! Sometimes i have to work for extra income! Well i have to planned my schedule. Take a slow pace! And most importantly RELAX!
What for panic? As you relaxed , you felt more comfortable or calm dealing problem. RELAX , KATHERINE!
