Had you got friends that they love to criticize on you? I had! This made me blew my tops. However , i let it out by thinking this way.

1. Every failures carries a seed that made an equal and greater benefical. why care about the criticism? Since you lose nothing.
2. Everyone of us had a good new in our heart. That is we don't know how great we can be. Why care they said? you know you are good? why compare people who is WEAK that said you? It making yourself weaker.
3. Most authentic thing about us is our capacity to create , to overcome , to endure , to transform , to love and to be greater than suffering. Don't you felt more happy with this? your big achievement have cover your sorrow. why care?
